Product Description
The Sand dust test chamber is called “Sand Dust Test Chamber”, which is used to compare the destructiveness of the natural sand and climatic environment to the product. It is suitable for detecting the seal performnce of various auto parts , electronic and electrical products, mechanical and electrical equipment and other products. Performance to evaluate the resistance and performance of these equipment under storage, operation and runing conditions exposed to sand or dusty atmosphere.
Feature
It is mainly used for the tests of IP5X and IP6X as specified in the enclosure protection class (IP code) standard.
The equipment is loaded with vertical circulation of dust. The test dust can be recycled.
The whole air duct is made of imported high-grade stainless steel plate.
The bottom of the air duct is connected with the tapered hopper interface.
The fan inlet and outlet are directly connected with the air duct, and then in the proper position.
The top diffuser of the studio is connected to the studio body to form an “O” closed vertical dust blowing circulation system,
so that the airflow can flow smoothly, and the dust is dispersed evenly.
A single high-power low-noise centrifugal fan is used, and the frequency converter is used to adjust the wind speed according to the test requirements.
