모래 먼지 시험 챔버는 제품에 대한 자연 모래 및 기후 환경의 파괴성을 비교하는 데 사용되는 “모래 먼지 시험 챔버”라고 불립니다. 다양한 자동차 부품, 전자 및 전기 제품, 기계 및 전기 장비 및 기타 제품의 밀봉 성능을 감지하는 데 적합합니다. 모래 또는 먼지가 많은 환경에 노출된 보관, 작동 및 실행 조건에서 이러한 장비의 저항 및 성능을 평가하는 성능.
특징
이는 주로 인클로저 보호 등급(IP 코드) 표준에 명시된 IP5X 및 IP6X 테스트에 사용됩니다.
장비는 먼지의 수직 순환으로 로드됩니다. 시험 먼지는 재활용할 수 있습니다.
전체 공기 덕트는 수입된 고급 스테인리스 스틸 플레이트로 제작되었습니다.
공기 덕트의 바닥은 테이퍼 호퍼 인터페이스에 연결됩니다.
팬 입구와 출구는 공기 덕트에 직접 연결된 다음 적절한 위치에 있습니다.
스튜디오의 상단 디퓨저는 스튜디오 본체에 연결되어 “O” 폐쇄형 수직 먼지 분사 순환 시스템을 형성합니다.
따라서 기류가 원활하게 흐르고 먼지가 균일하게 분산됩니다.
단일 고출력 저소음 원심 팬이 사용되며, 주파수 변환기는 시험 요구 사항에 따라 풍속을 조정하는 데 사용됩니다.
