砂塵試験槽は「砂塵試験槽」と呼ばれ、自然の砂と気候環境の製品に対する破壊力を比較するために使用されます。各種自動車部品、電子・電気製品、機械・電気設備などの製品のシール性能の検出に適しています。砂や埃っぽい雰囲気への暴露下での保管、操作、および運転条件下でのこれらの機器の耐性と性能を評価するための性能。
特徴
エンクロージャー保護等級（IPコード）規格で規定されているIP5XおよびIP6Xの試験に主に使用されます。
装置は埃の垂直循環を搭載しています。試験用の埃はリサイクル可能です。
エアダクト全体は輸入された高級ステンレス鋼板で作られています。
エアダクトの底部はテーパーホッパーインターフェースに接続されています。
ファン入口と出口はエアダクトに直接接続され、適切な位置に配置されています。
スタジオのトップディフューザーは、スタジオ本体に接続され、「O」字型の閉じた垂直防塵循環システムを形成し、
空気の流れがスムーズに流れ、埃が均等に分散されるようにします。
単一の高出力低騒音遠心ファンが使用され、試験要件に応じて周波数コンバーターを使用して風速を調整します。
