Maintenance method
The constant temperature and humidity test chamber has been widely used in the fields of electronics industry, national defense technology, chemical industry, mechanical manufacturing, aerospace and aviation. The constant temperature and humidity test chambers produced by us adopt the perfect design from Germany, which is at the forefront of the world.
Then, how is the constant temperature and humidity test chamber maintained and cleaned during daily work?
1. Cleaning and maintenance of the interior and exterior of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber
(1) Before operating the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, the internal impurities should be removed first.
(2) The distribution room should be cleaned at least once a year.
Above, during cleaning, you can use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust in the room.
(3) The exterior of the box also needs to be cleaned at least once a year. When cleaning, simply wipe it with soapy water.
2. Inspection and maintenance of the humidifier in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber: The stored water in the humidifier should be replaced monthly to ensure clean water quality. The water collection tray should be cleaned once a month to ensure smooth water flow.
3. Inspection of the over-temperature protector in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber: When the test chamber is running, the maximum set value of the over-temperature protection should be increased by 20℃ to 30℃. When the temperature in the test chamber rises to the set point of the over-temperature protection, the power supply of the heater will be cut off, and the "OVERHEAT" warning light will be on but the fan will still be running. If it runs for a long time and no one is watching, please make sure to check the over-temperature protector before starting the operation to ensure it is set properly [the setting of the wet bulb over-temperature protector is 120℃].
4. Dust removal from the condenser of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber: The condenser should be maintained monthly for regular cleaning. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust attached to the cooling mesh of the condenser or use high-pressure air to blow off the dust.
5. Replacement of the wet bulb test cloth in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber: When the surface of the test cloth is not clean or becomes hard, or after temperature control, before continuing the temperature and humidity ball control, the test cloth must be replaced. The test cloth should be replaced approximately every three months. When replacing, use a clean cloth to wipe the temperature sensor. When replacing the new test cloth, clean it thoroughly.
6. Inspection and adjustment of the wet bulb water level in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber: The water level of the water collection tank should not be too high, as it may cause water to overflow from the water collection tank or too low, causing abnormal water absorption by the wet bulb test cloth and affecting the accuracy of the wet bulb. The water level should be approximately six-fifths full. The adjustment of the water level of the water collection tank can be done by adjusting the height of the water collection box.
7. If the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is left idle for a long time, it should be powered on monthly for regular maintenance for at least 1 hour.
