The High Temperature Aging room, is a high-performance electronic product (such as: computer machine, terminal machine, vehicle electronics, power supply, monitor, etc.) to simulate high temperature and other harsh environment testing equipment, is an important test equipment for to improve the stability and reliability of product, and an important production process for manufacturers to improve product quality and competitiveness. This Equipment is widely used in power electronics, computers, communications, bio-pharmaceutical and other fields. The aging room usually consists of retaining structure, duct system, a control system, an indoor test structure.
Feature
1: The aging process can be fully automatic control, with some abnormal self-processing functions, which make the operation automatic and simple.
2: With multiple protection functions, it is safe and reliable.
4: Electric heat anti-dry, when the fan is faulty or the temperature inside the air duct is too high, the power of the circulating system is automatically cut off, and the alarm is alarmed.
5: The electric heating is linked with the fan. When the fan fails to start, the heater cannot be started separately.
When it is turned off, the electric heating and the circulating fan are closed at the same time to prevent the electric heat wire from dry burning:
6: Over-temperature sound and light alarm function: When the over-temperature condition occurs during the aging process, the red light is on and the buzzer sounds.
