De High Temperature Aging room, is een hoogwaardig elektronisch product (zoals: computermachine, terminalmachine, voertuigelektronica, voedingsbron, monitor, etc.) voor het simuleren van hoogtemperatuur- en andere testapparatuur in een ruwe omgeving, is een belangrijke testapparatuur om de stabiliteit en betrouwbaarheid van het product te verbeteren, en een belangrijk productieproces voor fabrikanten om de kwaliteit en het concurrentievermogen van het product te verbeteren.Deze apparatuur wordt veel gebruikt in krachtelektronica.De verouderingsruimte bestaat gewoonlijk uit een vasthoudingsstructuur, een kanaalsysteem, een besturingssysteem, een binnenteststructuur.
Kenmerken
1: Het verouderingsproces kan volledig automatisch worden bestuurd, met een aantal abnormale zelfverwerkende functies, waardoor de werking automatisch en eenvoudig wordt.
2: Met meerdere beschermingsfuncties is het veilig en betrouwbaar.
4: Elektrische warmte-anti-droog, wanneer de ventilator defect is of de temperatuur in de luchtleiding te hoog is, wordt de stroom van het circulatiesysteem automatisch afgesloten en wordt het alarm geactiveerd.
5: De elektrische verwarming is verbonden met de ventilator.
Wanneer deze is uitgeschakeld, worden de elektrische verwarming en de circulerende ventilator tegelijkertijd gesloten om te voorkomen dat de elektrische warmtelijn droog brandt:
6: Alarmfunctie voor geluid en licht bij overtemperatuur: wanneer tijdens het verouderingsproces de overtemperatuur optreedt, wordt het rode licht ingeschakeld en klinkt de buzzer.
