Productbeschrijving
De Schoktestmachine is een testopstelling met hoge acceleratie, speciaal ontworpen om te voldoen aan de testvereisten van de militaire industrie en huishoudelijke apparaten. Door gebruik te maken van valprincipe-technologie met omgekeerde stuwkracht door luchtdruk of opslag van veerenergie, bereikt het verschillende acceleratieniveaus door middel van instelbare inflatiedruk. Voor hogere acceleraties is het systeem voorzien van een golfvormversterker.
Deze automatische hydraulische hijs-type machine simuleert realistische schokomstandigheden om de fragiliteitsniveaus van producten te meten en beschermende verpakkingen te evalueren voor structurele optimalisatie. Het ondersteunt schoktests met halve sinusgolf, zaagtandgolf aan het einde en blokgolf.
