Betrouwbare zand- en stof testkamer voor lucht- en ruimtevaart, automotive en elektronica
Zand- en stofkamers bieden een omgeving om de blootstelling van automotive en elektronische componenten aan geconcentreerde niveaus van stof te testen om de integriteit van de productafdichting te valideren.
Pulsen van perslucht worden door een verdeelstuk geblazen dat zich op de bodem van een opvangbak bevindt, waardoor stof omhoog en over het product wordt gedwongen. Luchtpulsen worden tijdgeprogrammeerd voor “aan” en “uit” cycli. De concentratie van stof kan eenvoudig worden gevarieerd door de luchtdruk en de hoeveelheid blaastijd te veranderen. Alle stofkamers zijn ontworpen om te voldoen aan gangbare testmethoden zoals SAE J575, subparagraaf “G”, J.I.S. D-0207-1977 en ASTM C-150-77. Goedgekeurde stoftypes zijn Arizona-stof, Portland-cementstof en 213 silicazand.
