Salt Spray Test Chamber
The
walk-in salt spray chamber is designed for surface processing evaluation of various materials including paints, electroplating, inorganic coatings, and anti-rust oils. It tests product corrosion resistance and is widely used in aerospace, automotive electronics, electrical components, mobile devices, plastic products, and metal materials industries.

Key Features
1. Test Chamber Body
Constructed from 80°C-resistant PP plates in a modular design, forming a sealed test space with automatic temperature regulation. The chamber features:
- 110-120° angled top to prevent droplet accumulation on test pieces
- Comprehensive water and fog leakage treatment
- Optimized door design for sample access with excellent insulation and sealing
2. Heating System
Utilizes corrosion-resistant titanium alloy heating tubes for efficient temperature control.
3. Air Supply System
Provides clean, moist hot air through a multi-stage process:
- Air compressor (user-provided) with storage tank
- Two-stage pressure regulation (0.2-0.3MPa → 0.07-0.14MPa)
- Stainless steel air saturator with temperature/humidity control
- Automatic water replenishment system
4. Salt Water Supply System
Features continuous automatic replenishment with:
- PVC containers for corrosion resistance
- Integrated heaters to maintain solution temperature
- Dedicated temperature controllers
5. Spray System
Incorporates advanced Japanese nozzle technology with:
- Baffle atomization for uniform fog distribution
- Collection system to minimize salt water waste
- Optimized pressure and angle for precise droplet formation
6. Drainage & Pressure Balancing
Integrated system for efficient salt solution removal while maintaining chamber pressure equilibrium.
7. Rapid Mist Exhaust
Removes chamber salt fog within 30 minutes post-test for quick access.
8. Control System
7-inch LCD touch screen with programmable controller featuring:
- Two control modes (constant value/program)
- PT100 sensor input
- PID control output (4-20mA)
- 120 program groups (100 segments each)
- Chinese/English interface
- RS232/RS485 communication
Control Parameters:
