Salt Spray Test Chamber
The walk-in salt spray chamber is designed for surface processing evaluation of various materials including paints, electroplates, inorganic coatings, and anti-rust oils. It tests corrosion resistance across multiple industries including aerospace, automotive electronics, electrical components, mobile devices, plastic products, and metal materials.
Equipment Operating Conditions
Environmental Requirements:
  • Temperature: 5°C to +28°C
  • Humidity: ≤85% RH
  • Ventilation: Well-ventilated space (recommended separate room with exhaust fan)
  • Drainage: Wastewater outlet within 1 meter distance
Utility Requirements:
  • Air supply: Pressure >0.4MPa, rated displacement >2m³/min
  • Power supply: AC380V (±10%)/50Hz; 3-phase 5-wire; Capacity: ~15kW
  • Water supply: Tap water access for chamber cleaning (distilled/deionized water also acceptable)

2. Heating System

Two-stage pressure regulation (0.2-0.3MPa → 0.07-0.14MPa) with stainless steel air saturator featuring:
  • Automatic water replenishment system
  • Pressure vessel (3kg resistance)
  • Water level monitoring and control
  • PU pressure-resistant piping
4. Salt Water Supply System
Continuous automatic replenishment with temperature-controlled PVC containers and specialized heaters.
5. Spray System
Japanese patent non-crystallization spray nozzle with baffle atomization technology and salt water recovery system.
6. Control System
7-inch LCD touch screen controller with:
  • Two control modes (constant/program)
  • PT100 sensor input
  • PID control output (4-20mA)
  • 120 programmable test sequences
