Battery Temperature Cycling Tester

Product Description

The Temperature Cycle Tester is used to simulate the ability of the battery pack/battery system/battery module/cell sample to adapt to the environment under different temperature and humidity conditions.

 

Feature 

1. The temperature control is PID microcomputer automatic calculation intelligent temperature control table, PV/SV display at the same time, the required temperature can be freely set according to the individual's will within the allowable range of the machine temperature, and its temperature control can be ensured by the PID parameter setting in the table.

 

2. Warm-in force CA (K) TYPE temperature sensor, the output is 12V.

 

3. The current controller adopts the imported thyristor solid state relay (SSR) without contact and no spark phenomenon, which maintains the high stability of the current and automatically adjusts the output ratio through the temperature controller signal.

 

 4. Timer: electronic digital display, timed automatic temperature control, temperature to time, time to cut off power supplyand ,it is convenient to observe whether the temperature inside the Chamber is normal when the work is completed
