Productbeschrijving
Zoutneveltesten wordt gebruikt om de corrosiebestendigheid te evalueren van onderdelen en producten die bedekt zijn met metalen materialen, geplateerde films of verffilms.
Gecombineerde zoutnevelcyclustesten is een veelgebruikte gecombineerde cyclustestmethode voor betrouwbaarheidsevaluatie. Het combineert zoutneveltesten met omstandigheden zoals droog, vochtig, lage temperatuur of zoutwateronderdompeling. Om producten te testen die worden gebruikt in gebieden met zoutschade (van zeezoutdeeltjes of dooizout in besneeuwde regio's), wordt het gebruikt om marktomstandigheden te simuleren of te versnellen (te accelereren), waarbij materialen en componenten zoals voertuigen, carrosseriematerialen of onderstelcomponenten of staal worden geëvalueerd.
