Working Principle: Generally based on the PXIe bus structure, it adopts multi-DSP parallel processing technology and distributed modular design. Through advanced algorithms such as matrix decoupling and diagonal-priority matrix compensation, combined with technologies like closed-loop inspection and system identification, it realizes the control of vibration signals.

Random Vibration Testing
Random vibration is used to closely approximate real world application environments. A wide range of frequencies are excited simultaneously at closely controlled energy levels. Test specifications with frequencies up to and greater than 2,000Hz are considered broad band. Random vibration test specifications with upper frequencies less than 500 Hz are referred to as narrow band.
Sine with Resonant Search & Dwell
During sine testing, energy is output at a single frequency. A sine sweep test is a useful engineering development technique which is performed as a means to locate the resonance of a product. The resonance, or natural frequency, is the point where small vibration levels cause the system to exhibit high amplitude levels.
