パワーバッテリー短絡テスターは、自動車用高出力パワーバッテリーの試験装置です。試験中、バッテリーの短絡中の電流変化を検出できるだけでなく、同時に異なるバッテリー表面の温度変化も検出できます。バッテリー表面の異なる位置での温度変化の様々なデータは、数値と曲線の形で保存および出力できます。これは、パワーバッテリーの研究、試験に最適な試験機器です。
試験方法
2.1 試験対象はバッテリーシステム 2.2 試験対象のすべての制御システムは、試験中に作動状態にある必要があります 2.3 試験対象の端子を10分間短絡させる 2.4 短絡抵抗は20mΩ以下であり、両当事者が相互に合意します。2時間観察 2.5 要件：保護装置が作動し、バッテリーシステムに漏れ、ケーシングの破損、火災、爆発などがないこと。試験後の絶縁抵抗値は100Ω/V以上であること。
