JIANQIAO Inloopkamers dienen als uitgebreide testfaciliteiten voor grote componenten, assemblages en afgewerkte producten. Onze Solide Inloopkamers kunnen worden geconfigureerd als kamers voor alleen temperatuur of temperatuur-vochtigheid, op maat gemaakt om vrijwel elke maatvereiste te accommoderen. Met gelaste wanden die milieukamers creëren voor toepassingen die gecontroleerde temperatuur- en vochtigheidstests vereisen die 85°C overschrijden.
Voor optimale installatie-efficiëntie presteren Solide Inloopkamers het best in nieuwbouwgebouwen, ruimtes met extra grote deuren of kamers waar buitenmuren gemakkelijk kunnen worden aangepast.
Inloop Temperatuur- en Vochtigheidskamers zijn essentieel voor het testen van grote componenten, assemblages en afgewerkte producten in verschillende industrieën, waaronder de productie van monitoren en auto's.
Onze kamers zijn geconstrueerd uit modulaire componenten, waaronder bedieningspanelen, elektrische besturingssystemen, isolatieblokken, luchtcirculatoren en verwarmings-/koelunits. Gespecialiseerd in 6 standaardtypen met 24 standaard conditioneringsmodules voor maximale flexibiliteit.
- JQ-6000 controller communiceert met pc via RS485-interface voor externe programmacontrole en -bewaking (optioneel)
- Gespecialiseerd ontvochtigerontwerp zorgt voor zeer nauwkeurige lage vochtigheidsregeling tot 7% bij temperaturen zo laag als 5°C voor elektrostatische betrouwbaarheidstests (optioneel)
- Temperatuur- en vochtigheidscurves kunnen worden uitgezet door een geïntegreerde recorder
Innovatief sirocco-ventilatorontwerp levert robuuste luchtstroom om dode zones te elimineren, waardoor optimale temperatuuruniformiteit in de hele kamer wordt gegarandeerd.
Wanneer veiligheidsvoorzieningen worden geactiveerd, worden gedetailleerde informatie over probleemoplossing en oplossingen automatisch op de monitor weergegeven voor snelle oplossing.
