The constant temperature and humidity test chamber consists of two parts: temperature control (heating and cooling) and humidity control. Through the rotating fan installed at the top of the chamber, the air is discharged into the chamber to achieve gas circulation and balance the temperature and humidity inside the chamber. The data collected by the temperature and humidity sensors inside the chamber is transmitted to the temperature and humidity controller (micro information processor) for editing and processing, and then instructions for temperature and humidity control are issued. The temperature and humidity control is accomplished through the joint operation of the air heating unit, condensation tube, and heating evaporation unit in the water tank.
The temperature regulation of the constant temperature and humidity chamber is achieved by the temperature sensor installed inside the chamber, which collects data, is regulated by the temperature controller (micro information processor), and the air heating unit is turned on to increase the temperature or the refrigeration solenoid valve is activated to lower the temperature inside the chamber to achieve the desired temperature control. The humidity regulation of the constant temperature and humidity chamber is achieved by the humidity sensor installed inside the chamber, which collects data, is regulated by the humidity controller (micro information processor), and the water heating element in the water tank is turned on to increase the humidity inside the chamber or the refrigeration solenoid valve is activated to achieve dehumidification, to achieve the desired humidity control.
The constant temperature and humidity chamber has multiple protection measures; in the temperature system, an over-temperature protector is installed under the condition of the set maximum safe allowable temperature. The air heating element can automatically power off when the rotating fan stops; the humidification system can stop supplying power when the water level in the humidification tank decreases; the refrigeration system also stops working when the box temperature rises (above 40℃) or the humidity increases.
