How to maintannance the Climatic Test Chamber
Routine maintenance focuses on four key aspects:
First, cleaning and maintenance: wipe the inside of the chamber weekly with a soft cloth to remove residual dirt; disassemble and clean the humidifier tank monthly (using a 5% citric acid solution for descaling); and clean the condenser quarterly (using compressed air to blow away dust, pressure ≤0.3MPa).
Second, consumable replacement: use purified water for the humidifier tank to avoid scale buildup; replace the brine in the salt spray test chamber weekly (5% NaCl concentration, filtered to remove impurities) to prevent nozzle clogging.
Third, component inspection: check the door seals monthly for aging (replace immediately if cracks appear to prevent temperature and humidity leakage); test the temperature controller accuracy every six months (calibrate with a standard thermometer; adjust if the error exceeds ±1℃).
Fourth, operational procedures: avoid frequent start-stop cycles (interval between start-stop cycles ≥30 minutes), and do not test conditions exceeding the equipment's range (e.g., using a -40℃ model to test -60℃). Following these guidelines can extend the equipment's lifespan from 5 years to over 8 years while ensuring the accuracy of test data.
